Wie das Gedicht in der Gebrauchsanweisung erklärt, besteht die einzige Möglichkeit, die Dinge in Ordnung zu bringen, darin, eine Locke ihres Haares zu fangen, sie dann zum Kessel zu bringen und einen Zauber zu wirken, um die Dinge rückgängig zu machen.

Die Steuerung des Kürbisses ist zunächst schwierig, da er über einen sehr hohen Sprung verfügt, dessen genaue Stärke mit der 5-Taste umgeschaltet werden kann. Die Richtung kann nur geändert werden, wenn der Ball auf dem Boden liegt. Das Abprallen auf Feinde kostet Energie und Waffen erhältst du nur, wenn du in magischen Pools landest. Anglais An evil witch has brought evil and darkness to the enchanted wood, wiping out all but 1 of the innocent pumpkins. As the poem in the instructions sheet explains, the only way to put things right is to capture a lock of her hair, then take it to the cauldron and cast a spell to undo things.

Controlling the pumpkin is difficult at first, as it has a very high bounce, the exact level of which can be toggled using the 5 key. Direction can only be changed when the ball is on the ground. Ricocheting into enemies costs energy, and you only gain weaponry by landing into magic pools. The starting positions are random, making mapping advisable and increasing the initial challenge.

Français Cauldron II : La Citrouille Contre Attaque sur Commodore 64 est un jeu d'action/plates-formes dont le but est d'aider la dernière citrouille qui ne fut pas détruite par la sorcière à se venger. Vous devez donc acquérir plusieurs ingrédients ainsi qu'un cheveu de la sorcière pour préparer une potion qui annulerait le sortilège qu'elle a lancé. Vous contrôlez donc une citrouille qui réagit comme une balle rebondissante dans un jeu de plates-formes.
