Allemand Jimmy Houston's Bass Tournament U.S.A. ist ein Spiel, das den Sport des Barschfischens simuliert. Es bietet sowohl einen Übungs- als auch einen Turniermodus.

Im Turniermodus müssen die Spieler einige große Barsche an Land ziehen und dann bis zu fünf ihrer größten Fänge wiegen lassen. Die Teilnehmer werden danach eingestuft, wer den schwersten Fang gemacht hat. Der Spieler muss beim Wiegen mindestens den drittschwersten Fang machen, um in die nächste Phase des Turniers zu gelangen.

Im Übungsmodus kann der Spieler ohne den ganzen Druck eines Turniers angeln. Die Spieler können zwischen vier verschiedenen Seen in den USA wählen, wobei es an jedem See mehrere Stellen zum Angeln gibt. Die Spieler haben auch die Möglichkeit, den Monat auszuwählen, in dem sie angeln wollen, und können zwischen sechs verschiedenen Wetterbedingungen wählen.

Anglais A game that simulates the sport of bass fishing. It offers both a practice and a tournament mode. In the tournament mode, players have to reel in some large bass, then have up to five of their largest catches weighed. Competitors are ranked by whoever brought in the heaviest haul and the player must at least rank the third heaviest during the weigh-in in order to move on to the next stage of the tournament.

Practice mode lets the player fish without all the pressures of the tournament. Players can choose from one of four different U.S. lakes, with each lake having multiple spots to fish at. Players also have the option to select what month they want to fish in and pick from six different weather conditions.

When out on the lake, players direct their boat to a spot where they want to cast their line. Players can also choose what lures and tackles they want to use. Then players have to use a meter that gauges how strong the line will be cast out. At that point, players finally get their chance to catch some big bass.

Précision que le bateau est un hors-bord dernier cri : on fait de la pêche sportive ici ! Ensuite vous jetez votre ligne, et vous attendez. Quand le poisson mord, il faut le remonter en faisant preuve de doigté en inclinent sa ligne et en moulinent. Contrairement à quasiment tous les autres jeux du genre, la vue ne montre pas le poisson (que ce soit sous l'eau ou de dessus),la caméra reste fixe derrière le pêcheur.

A differenza di quasi tutti gli altri giochi del genere, la vista non mostra il pesce (né sott'acqua né sopra), la telecamera rimane fissa dietro il pescatore.

Lance sua vara e espere o peixe morder. Ao contrário de quase todos os outros jogos do gênero, a visualização não mostra o peixe, a câmera permanece fixa atrás do pescador.
