Allemand Continental Circus ist ein Formel-1-Rennspiel, bei dem der Spieler über eine Reihe von internationalen Grand-Prix-Rennen fährt und versucht, jede Runde vor Ablauf der Zeit abzuschließen. Das Spiel verfügt über Pit-Stops und dynamisches Wetter; Letztere in Form von Regen. Wenn das Auto des Spielers von einem konkurrierenden Auto oder einem Streckennetz getroffen wird, wird das Fahrzeug beschädigt und beginnt zu rauchen. Der Spieler muss so schnell wie möglich in die Box, um das Auto reparieren zu lassen, sonst wird sich das Feuer ausbreiten und das Auto wird schließlich explodieren. Sollte das Auto des Spielers eine zweite Kollision haben, bevor der Pit-Stop erreicht wird, kann das Auto explodieren und verschwendet kostbare Zeit, bevor ein Ersatzauto erscheint.

Anglais The home conversions of Continental Circus lack the full-on 3D and special glasses of the arcade version, but retain the essential gameplay structure. The first race is in Brazil and features 100 cars, and requires you to finish in the top 80 in order to qualify for next race. As you work through the 8 races the size of the field steadily decreases, but so does the worst acceptable finishing position to qualify. The car has high and low gears, and is susceptible to damage from contact with another car. Once you hit a car or a piece of the trackside scenery you will be called into the pits - fail to make it back, or hit another car, and you will crash and lose several seconds.

Espagnol Continental Circus es un juego de carreras de Fórmula Uno en el que el jugador corre en varios circuitos de Grandes Premios Internacionales, intentando completar cada vuelta antes de que expire el tiempo límite. El juego presenta paradas en boxes y un clima dinámico, este último en forma de lluvia.
nnSi el coche del jugador es golpeado por un coche rival o golpea una barrera en la pista, el coche se dañará y empezará a echar humo. El jugador debe entrar en boxes lo antes posible para reparar el coche, de lo contrario el fuego se extenderá y el coche acabará explotando. Si el coche del jugador sufre una segunda colisión antes de llegar a la parada en boxes, el coche explotará, perdiendo un tiempo precioso antes de que aparezca un coche de sustitución.

Français Le jeu utilise uniquement des licences officielles pour les sponsors et les noms, mais pas pour les voitures, de sorte que les noms et les couleurs « rappellent » la véritable Formule 1 de l'époque.
nnL'action est purement typée arcade au volant d'une F1 jaune (clairement inspirée par la Lotus Honda de 1987. Vous vous élancez en 100ème position et vous devez monter dans le classement accéder aux pistes suivantes et prendre la première place. Chaque course a une limite de temps et les circuits sont identiques aux originaux. La voiture peut subir collisions avec les barrières et les autres concurrents, il faut alors repasser par les stands avant d'intégralement détruire votre voiture. En outre, en cas de pluie soudaine, il faut retourner aux stands pour remplacer les pneus. La boite de vitesse dispose de deux rapports (haut et bas), permettant notamment de s'adapter aux virages serrés.

Italien Continental Circus è un gioco di corse di Formula Uno in cui il giocatore corre su vari circuiti del Gran Premio Internazionale, cercando di completare ogni giro prima dello scadere del tempo limite. Il gioco prevede pit stop e meteo dinamico, quest'ultimo sotto forma di pioggia.
nnSe l'auto del giocatore viene colpita da un'auto avversaria o urta una barriera sul tracciato, l'auto si danneggia e inizia a fumare. Il giocatore deve bucare il prima possibile per riparare l'auto, altrimenti il fuoco si propagherà e l'auto esploderà. Se l'auto del giocatore subisce una seconda collisione prima di raggiungere il pit stop, l'auto esplode, perdendo tempo prezioso prima che appaia un'auto sostitutiva.

Portugais Continental Circus é um jogo de corridas de Fórmula 1 em que o jogador corre em vários circuitos do Grande Prémio Internacional, tentando completar cada volta antes do fim do tempo limite. O jogo apresenta pit stops e tempo dinâmico, este último sob a forma de chuva.
nnSe o carro do jogador for atropelado por um carro rival ou bater com uma barreira na pista, o carro será danificado e começará a fumar. O jogador tem de fazer um buraco o mais rápido possível para reparar o carro, caso contrário o fogo alastrará e o carro explodirá. Se o carro do jogador sofrer uma segunda colisão antes de chegar à paragem nas boxes, o carro explodirá, perdendo tempo precioso antes de aparecer um carro de substituição.
