Allemand Space Invaders One Button auf dem C64 ist eine besondere Umsetzung des berühmten Klassikers, die komplett über den Feuerknopf des Joysticks gesteuert wird. Du übernimmst ein Lasergeschütz am unteren Bildschirmrand und musst Wellen von Aliens abwehren, die sich seitlich bewegen und dabei immer weiter nach unten rücken. Gelingt es dir, alle zu vernichten, steigst du in eine schwerere Stufe auf. Ab und zu fliegt ein Ufo über den oberen Bildschirmrand, das dir bei einem Treffer Extrapunkte einbringt. Schutz bieten dir die Barrieren vor deinem Geschütz, die jedoch nach und nach zerfallen und sowohl deine eigenen als auch feindliche Schüsse abfangen. Mit nur einer begrenzten Anzahl an Kanonen ist dein Überleben eine Frage von Timing und Geschick – und diesmal steuerst du alles mit nur einem Knopf.

Anglais Space Invaders One Button on the C64 is a special version of the famous classic, designed to be played entirely with the joystick's fire button. You control a laser cannon at the bottom of the screen and must repel waves of aliens marching side to side while gradually descending. Clear them all to advance to tougher stages. Occasionally, a UFO passes across the top, granting bonus points if hit. Shields in front of your cannon provide temporary cover but crumble under fire and block both enemy and your own shots. With only a limited supply of cannons, survival comes down to skill and timing – and this time, everything is handled with a single button.
