Die Regierung, FourNations, hat einen Plan zur Kolonisierung des Mars entwickelt, um die Überbevölkerung der Erde zu lindern. Anglais In the future, Earth's resources have been depleted by the ever-growing population, and the future of humanity seems bleak and harsh. The government, FourNations, has developed a plan to colonize Mars to alleviate Earth's overpopulation. Construction starts well, but costs spiral out of control, plunging Earth into a deep recession. Years later, the project is still underway, but at a sluggish pace, and you are sent to a moon base to receive unknown instructions, possibly related to launching a rocket to further the colonization project. While you are called to various meetings, a bomb explodes. You learn that it is from a terrorist group called the "Mining Group" who want to prevent the rocket launch.

Français Dans un futur proche, les ressources terrestres sont épuisées par une population en constante augmentation, et l'avenir de l'humanité semble sombre et impitoyable. Le gouvernement des Quatre Nations a élaboré un plan de colonisation de Mars afin de pallier la surpopulation de la Terre. La construction démarre bien, mais les coûts s'emballent, plongeant la Terre dans une profonde récession. Des années plus tard, le projet est toujours en cours, mais à un rythme très lent, et vous êtes envoyé sur une base lunaire pour recevoir des instructions mystérieuses, peut-être liées au lancement d'une fusée destinée à faire progresser le projet de colonisation.
