 German 		War in the South Pacific ist eine strategische Simulation der Land-, See- und Luftkämpfe im Südpazifik von Mai 1942 bis März 1943 zwischen Japan und den USA. Spieler wählen aus 79 Schiffstypen und 17 Flugzeugtypen und können drei Minikampagnen spielen. Am Ende zeigt der Computer die Gesamtpunkte jeder Seite an; die Nettopunkte bestimmen den Sieggrad. Das Spiel kann allein oder gegen eine andere Person gespielt werden und bietet fünf Schwierigkeitsgrade. Die Spieldauer beträgt zwischen 25 und 100 Stunden.
