Espagnol The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth es un juego de acción RPG con disparos y fuertes elementos roguelike, donde los niveles, enemigos y objetos se generan de forma aleatoria en cada partida. La historia sigue a Isaac en su descenso por oscuros sótanos llenos de criaturas extrañas. Durante el recorrido, el jugador encuentra tesoros y objetos extraños que modifican el cuerpo de Isaac y le otorgan habilidades sobrehumanas, permitiéndole enfrentar grandes hordas de enemigos. Cada objeto cambia la jugabilidad y el aspecto del personaje, creando combinaciones únicas de poderes. A medida que se avanza, se descubren secretos, habitaciones ocultas y nuevos desafíos, lo que hace que cada partida sea distinta.
