Anglais Chibi Chara Game Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu tells the story of a distint future world were humanity had reached the space age, but is still on war. There are two sides on the war: The Yang ones and the Reinhart ones.
During the intro of the game the two sides of armies are transformed into kids, but they will continue fighting, but instead of weapons they are going to fight in a peculiar way. The game is divided into 2 discs:
- In the first disc the game had 3 different mini games: A billiard game, a pair card game and a solitaire card game.
- In the second disc the game features a board game that have different quiz questions depending of the square of the board that the player reaches. If he reach a enemy one he can be step back some squares or have to answer different questions with 4 possible answer for each question, if he reach one of his team square he have to answer questions but with 2 possible answers.
In the game the player have to choose one of the side of the armies, and the other one will be controlled by the computer or another human player.

Français Chibi Chara Game Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu raconte l'histoire d'un monde futur lointain où l'humanité a atteint l'ère spatiale, mais est toujours en guerre. Il y a deux camps dans cette guerre : Les Yang et les Reinhart.
Pendant l'introduction du jeu, les deux camps sont transformés en enfants, mais ils vont continuer à se battre, mais au lieu d'armes, ils vont se battre d'une manière particulière. Le jeu est divisé en 2 disques :
- Dans le premier disque le jeu a 3 mini jeux différents : Un jeu de billard, un jeu de cartes en paire et un jeu de cartes en solitaire.
- Dans le second disque, le jeu comporte un jeu de plateau qui comporte différentes questions de quiz en fonction de la case du plateau que le joueur atteint. S'il atteint une case ennemie, il peut reculer de quelques cases ou devoir répondre à différentes questions avec 4 réponses possibles pour chaque question, s'il atteint une case de son équipe, il doit répondre à des questions mais avec 2 réponses possibles.
Dans le jeu, le joueur doit choisir l'un des côtés des armées, et l'autre sera contrôlé par l'ordinateur ou un autre joueur humain.
