Anglais Rugby 15 is a rugby game with licenses for the clubs in the Top 14, Pro D2, Aviva Premiership and Pro12 competitions. Each team also has its own in-game stadium. The official statistics for the 2014-2015 season as well as the real players and jerseys are present.

The game offers individual matches or in any of the licensed competitions, with support for custom ones and specific rules. Up to four players can participate in a local match, but there is no support for online multiplayer. There is no career mode or team and player customization options. The game rules are taught through static information screens and in-game tips as there is no tutorial.

Rather than a simulation the game offers an arcade approach and players can perform moves such as sidesteps, hand-offs, pop passes, shoulder charges, grubber kicks, drop goals and tackles. More complex moves such as cross passes, up-and-unders and behind-the-back passes are also supported.
