Anglais Purple Haze shows an early preview of a side-scrolling space game in which enemies are already present and can be shot down. Collision detection is not yet included, so the action feels more like a first playable draft than a fully developed shooter. Even so, it is already clear where the project was heading – fast aerial action against a striking mountain backdrop. Purple Haze therefore remains most interesting as a glimpse of a game that had begun to take shape, but was still clearly unfinished.
