Allemand Sie müssen nicht das erste XD-Spiel gespielt haben, um Mercuris Chess zu genießen. Um die Einführung des Spiels zu verstehen, muss man jedoch wissen, dass Link Zelda in der ersten Folge nach einer durchzechten Nacht in seiner Höhle eingesperrt hat.
Die Geschichte spielt einige Monate nach dieser schrecklichen Nacht. Während Link versuchte, seine Schuld wiedergutzumachen, übernahm ein sehr reicher Geschäftsmann namens Mr. Grump das Königreich und kaufte alles.
Dort beginnt Ihr nächstes Abenteuer, in einer Welt, in der alles seinen Preis hat und in der Wahrheit und Lüge nicht mehr zu unterscheiden sind.

Anglais You do not need to have played the first XD game to enjoy Mercuris Chess. However, to appreciate the game's introduction, you need to know that, in the first episode, Link locked Zelda up in his cave after a drinking night.

The story takes place some months after that terrible night. While Link was trying to make up for his fault, a very rich business man named Mr Grump took over the kingdom and bought everything.

There begins your next adventure, in a world where everything has a price and where truth and lies become indistinguishable.

La historia transcurre unos meses después de aquella terrible noche. Mientras Link intentaba compensar su culpa, un hombre de negocios muy rico llamado Sr. Grump se hizo cargo del reino y compró todo.
