Anglais This is the last installment to the discontinued Konami's ISS series, the arcade-oriented brother of the PES/WE saga. In ISS 3 you can choose from Friendly mode, International Cup, Custom League, World League or Training mode, where you will take part with the best national teams. You will also count with a points system, where for every match you win you will accumulate points that later can be given away in exchange for extra moves, extra modes or stadiums. There's also a Mission mode, which is quite similar to the Scenario mode previously seen in the earlier ISS games. The game itself has many arcade components, as the possibility to execute spectacular dribblings adorned with flashes and lights or the fact that you can't usually make poor directed shots. The players will also look like their counterparts in real life.

Français Il s'agit du dernier opus de la série ISS de Konami, désormais abandonnée, la version arcade de la saga PES/WE. Dans ISS 3, vous pouvez choisir entre le mode Amical, la Coupe internationale, la Ligue personnalisée, la Ligue mondiale ou le mode Entraînement, où vous participerez avec les meilleures équipes nationales. Vous disposerez également d'un système de points, où chaque match remporté vous permettra d'accumuler des points qui pourront ensuite être échangés contre des mouvements supplémentaires, des modes supplémentaires ou des stades. Il existe également un mode Mission, assez similaire au mode Scénario que l'on trouvait dans les précédents jeux ISS. Le jeu lui-même comporte de nombreux éléments d'arcade, comme la possibilité d'effectuer des dribbles spectaculaires accompagnés d'effets lumineux ou le fait que vous ne pouvez généralement pas effectuer de tirs mal dirigés. Les joueurs ressemblent également à leurs homologues dans la vie réelle.
