Allemand Die Brüder Red und Blue G. beschließen, ihr idyllisches Dorf auf der Suche nach ihrem längst verlorenen Vater zu verlassen, der die Kinder vor Jahren zurückließ, um auf Schatzsuche zu gehen. Leider werden sie sofort, nachdem sie ihre Suche begonnen haben, mit einem mysteriösen Mädchen auf der Flucht vor bösen Monstern verstrickt, das den Schlüssel zur Auferstehung eines großen Dämons hält. Jetzt liegt es an den Brüdern, die Welt zu retten, wenn sie jemals ihren Vater finden wollen.

Treasure Hunter G ist ein Top-Down-RPG, in dem du deine Gruppe von vier Charakteren kontrollierst, während sie die Fantasy/Sci-Fi-Spielwelt auf der Suche nach Quests erkunden und ihre Statistiken verbessern, während die Handlung fortschreitet. Das Spiel ist unterteilt in einen Weltkartenbildschirm, einem Top-down "Stadt"-Modus und einem rundenbasierten Kampfmodus, in dem die Charaktere in generische, gekachelte Top-down-Arenen gebracht werden, in denen sie jeden Charakter auswählen und sich je nach Aktionspunkt bewegen oder angreifen.

Feinde können auf der Karte erkannt werden und du kannst frei entscheiden, ob du sie angreifst oder ob du sie einfach umkreist.

Anglais Brothers Red and Blue G. decide to leave their idyllic village in search of their long lost father, who left the kids years ago to go treasure hunting. Unfortunately, as soon as they begin their quest, they become entangled with a mysterious girl on the run from evil monsters who holds the key to the resurrection of a great demon. Now its up to the brothers to save the world if they ever want to find their father.

Treasure Hunter G is a top-down RPG in which you control your party of four characters as they explore the fantasy/sci-fi game world in search for quests and grinding their stats while the plot advances. The game is divided in a world-map screen, a top-down "town" mode and a turn-based fight mode in which the characters are taken to generic tiled top-down arenas in which they select each character and move or attack depending on their action points.

Enemies can be seen on the map instead of jumping at you at random intervals, and you can freely decide whether to engage them or simply circle them around. The game uses a combination of hand-drawn sprites and CGI pre-rendered one (mostly for the main characters) with a distinct cute or Super Deformed design (as usual for most console RPGs).

Esta historia es protagonizada por los hermanos G. Los dos muchachos viven con su abuelo, debido a que su padre abandona la familia para explorar el mundo y vivir aventuras. Un día, explorando unas cavernas cerca del pueblo, ambos muchachos encuentran a su padre zarpando hacia el cielo en una nave voladora, lo cual motiva a los hermanos a iniciar una aventura para encontrarse con su padre.

Alors que les frères Red et Blue décident de quitter leur village pour se lancer sur les traces de leur père, leur chemin croise celui d'une mystérieuse jeune fille poursuivie par des monstres souhaitant la résurrection d'un puissant démon. Gagnez des points d'expérience en combattant les ennemis (qui sont visibles et peuvent être évités) pour espérer terrasser le démon.

Mentre i fratelli Red e Blue decidono di lasciare il loro villaggio per seguire le orme del padre, il loro percorso incrocia quello di una misteriosa ragazza inseguita da mostri che desiderano la resurrezione di un potente demone. Guadagna punti esperienza combattendo i nemici (che sono visibili ed evitabili) per sperare di sconfiggere il demone.

Portugais Red G. e Blue G. são irmãos e vivem uma vida tranquila na companhia de Silver G, seu avô. Brown G., o pai dos garotos, é um caçador de tesouros e faz muito tempo que não manda notícias. Um dia, ao explorar uma caverna próxima de casa, a dupla encontra o pai ausente. O homem encontra uma espécie de aeronave e voa pelos céus, sem dar atenção a seus filhos. Os irmãos decidem sair em uma jornada para encontrar seu pai. Logo após Brown G. ativar a estranha máquina, uma série de eventos estranhos passam a assolar o mundo: fadas estão sendo transformadas em cristais e monstros estão atacando as cidades. Os irmãos acabam conhecendo uma garota chamada Rain, que anda sempre na companhia de Ponga, seu macaco de estimação. O grupo passa a viajar junto e descobre que o responsável pelos atuais problemas do mundo é Dark Lord, um ser maligno recém ressuscitado que pretende dominar o mundo com a ajuda de uma besta mitológica. Os amigos tentam impedir os planos nefastos do vilão, enquanto continuam no encalço de Brown G.
