Allemand Judge Dredd ist ein Plattform-Actionspiel, das auf der gleichnamigen britischen Comic-Figur und dem Film von 1995 basiert, der diesen Namen trübte. Das Spiel war eine Multisystem-Veröffentlichung, so dass es der Standard-Konsolen-Jump/Shoot/Duck-Formel entspricht, obwohl es einige einzigartige Wendungen hinzufügt, wie z.B. das Verwunden von Feinden, so dass sie sich ergeben und verhaftet werden können.

Die ersten Levels folgen der Handlung des Films mit dem futuristischen Gesetzeshüter Judge Dredd, der reingelegt und in die Strafkolonie Aspen geschickt wird, aus der er fliehen und seine Unschuld beweisen muss. Nach dem Kampf auf der Spitze der Freiheitsstatue, der den Film beendete, geht das Spiel weiter mit Levels und Charakteren, die vom Comic inspiriert sind, und gipfelt in einem Kampf gegen die Dark Judges auf Deadworld.

Anglais Judge Dredd is a platform action game based on the British comic book character of the same name and the 1995 movie that tarnished that name. The game was a multi system release so it fits the standard console jump/shoot/duck formula although it does add some unique twists such as wounding enemies so that they surrender and can be arrested.

The initial levels follow the plot of the movie with futuristic lawman Judge Dredd framed and sent to the Aspen penal colony from which he must escape and prove his innocence. Following the fight at the top of the Statue of Liberty that ended the film, the game continues on with levels and characters inspired by the comic book culminating with a battle against the Dark Judges on Deadworld.
Espagnol Judge Dredd es un juego de acción de plataforma basado en el personaje de cómic británico del mismo nombre y la película de 1995 que empañó ese nombre. El juego fue un lanzamiento multisistema, por lo que se ajusta a la fórmula estándar de saltar / disparar, aunque agrega algunos giros únicos, como herir a los enemigos para que se rindan y puedan ser arrestados. Los niveles iniciales siguen la trama de la película con el futurista juez Judge Dredd enmarcado y enviado a la colonia penal de Aspen, del cual debe escapar y demostrar su inocencia. Después de la pelea en la parte superior de la Estatua de la Libertad que puso fin a la película, el juego continúa con niveles y personajes inspirados en el cómic que culminan con una batalla contra los Jueces Oscuros en Deadworld.

Français Judge Dredd est l'adaptation sur Megadrive du film éponyme avec Sylvester Stallone sorti en 1995, lui-même issu de la série de comics britannique. En 2139, la Terre est gouvernée par des juges qui font régner la loi. Vous incarnez l'un d'entre eux, Judge Dredd, qui est accusé de meurtre. Vous devez parcourir les niveaux pour prouver votre innocence. Le début du jeu retrace l'histoire du film, mais laisse ensuite place à des aventures issues directement des comics.

Portugais Judge Dredd é um jogo de ação lateral em que controlamos o personagem de Sylvester Stallone do filme homônimo lançado no Brasil como "O Juiz". Assim como na película, o implacável Juiz Dredd foi injustamente condenado e deportado para a Aspen Penal Colony, de onde ele precisa escapar e provar sua inocência. O interessante é que, após os acontecimentos do filme, o jogo continua e passa a seguir o roteiro dos quadrinhos, com várias etapas e personagens novos sendo apresentados.
