Allemand Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse ist ein actionreiches Spiel, das auf der beliebten TV-Serie Family Guy basiert, insbesondere auf der Episode "Road to the Multiverse". In diesem Spiel müssen die Spieler durch verschiedene Universen reisen und dabei eine Vielzahl von Herausforderungen bestehen. Stewie und Brian sind die Hauptfiguren, die sich erneut gegen Stewies bösen Halbbruder Bertram stellen, der in der Serie eigentlich gestorben ist. Das Spiel bietet kooperatives Gameplay, in dem zwei Spieler gemeinsam durch die Multiversen reisen können. Während der Reise kämpfen sie gegen Gegner, lösen Rätsel und treffen auf zahlreiche humorvolle, erwachsene Themen, die die Serie auszeichnen.

It's based on the Family Guy television series, most notably the episode Road to the Multiverse, and is also a continuation of The Big Bang Theory. It is rated M for Mature for blood, violence, drug use, mature humor, and sexual content/themes. This game also features the return of Stewie's evil half-brother Bertram, who was killed in the show.
