Allemand „World Cup Soccer“ basiert auf der FIFA-Weltmeisterschaft 1986 und bietet zwei Programme: den „World Cup Fact File“ und den „World Cup Manager“. Im Fact File können Fakten zur Weltmeisterschaft eingesehen oder in einem Quiz alleine oder mit einem Freund beantwortet werden. Dabei stehen fünf Antwortmöglichkeiten pro Frage zur Auswahl, und die Geschwindigkeit beeinflusst die Punkte. Im Manager-Modus wählt der Spieler ein Team, um es bis ins Finale zu führen. Highlights des Spiels werden textbasiert angezeigt, und bei Strafstößen wählt man die Richtung für Schuss oder Abwehr. Im zweiten Spielabschnitt kann der Spieler in Minispielen, wie Kopfball oder Schussübungen, Punkte sammeln, die sich auf das Spielergebnis auswirken.

No Fact File, os jogadores podem revisar fatos da Copa do Mundo ou responder a perguntas do quiz sozinhos ou com um amigo, escolhendo entre cinco opções por pergunta, com a velocidade afetando a pontuação. No modo Manager, os jogadores selecionam um time e tentam levá-lo à final.
