Allemand Der schurkische Diktator aus Beach-Head ist zurück, und obwohl man ihn und seine Festung vernichtet glaubte, hat er erneut zugeschlagen. Nach einem überraschenden Kamikazeangriff auf die Flotte der Alliierten hat er nicht nur das Blatt gewendet, sondern sich auch zwanzig alliierter Kriegsgefangener bemächtigt, die nun in seiner neuen Festung festgehalten werden. Der einzige, der die Gefangenen retten kann, ist der unerschrockene Kommandant J.P. Stryker, der mit einer Handvoll Marines und einigen Hubschraubern gegen den "Dragon" antritt. Im 1985 erschienenen Nachfolger von Beach-Head, entwickelt von Bruce und Roger Carver, geht es erneut darum, verschiedene Missionen zu absolvieren, wobei diesmal auch ein Mehrspielermodus verfügbar ist, in dem zwei Spieler gegeneinander antreten können.

Anglais Beach-Head II features the player pursuing the eponymous Dictator in several ways.

There are four levels in the game. In the first level, called Attack, the player deploys soldiers along a path with walls to cover him from the dictator's gun. The objective is to destroy the gun. The second level involves rescuing the prisoners from deadly obstacles by clearing them with a gun. The third level's objective is to escape from the area by flying a helicopter with the prisoners out of the dictator's fortress. Finally, the player and the dictator face off, on opposite cliffs, separated by water. To defeat him, the player must make him fall in the water by throwing knives at him. The Dictator tries to do the same to the player.

In one-player mode there are three skill levels, harder modes resulting in faster movements and the computer opponent using better artificial intelligence. In two-player mode, one player controls the usual side whilst his opponent controls the Dictator's forces.

Le dictateur du premier opus est de retour et il cherche à se venger des forces alliées victorieuses de la dernière guerre. Après avoir emporté quelques otages, il se réfugie dans son île forteresse. Vous pouvez incarner au choix les forces du commandant, les forces alliées ou le dictateur.
Portugais Beach-Head II apresenta o jogador perseguindo o ditador homônimo de várias maneiras. Há quatro níveis no jogo. No primeiro nível, chamado Ataque, o jogador posiciona soldados ao longo de um caminho com paredes para protegê-lo da arma do ditador. O objetivo é destruir a arma. O segundo nível envolve resgatar os prisioneiros de obstáculos mortais, eliminando-os com uma arma. O objetivo do terceiro nível é escapar da área pilotando um helicóptero com os prisioneiros para fora da fortaleza do ditador. Finalmente, o jogador e o ditador se enfrentam em penhascos opostos, separados por água.
