Allemand Arle no Bouken ist ein Monster-Trainings-Rollenspiel im Stil von Pokémon. Als Arle Nadja sammelt der Spieler mehrere Puyo-Karten. Jede Puyo-Karte enthält ein Monster, das in die Schlacht gerufen und mit Edelsteinen zur Verbesserung der Werte aufgerüstet werden kann.

Anglais A monster-collecting RPG set in the Puyo Puyo game world and starring the young apprentice magician Arle, who must explore the land in order to collect a series of magical gems and defeat the evil Satan, who plots to take over the world yet again.

The game is played from a top-down perspective in which you control Arle as she explores towns and dungeons, chatting with NPCs, finding or buying items, etc. Combat whisks your character to a side view from which you select your actions in standard turn-based fashion and fight it out against the many monsters and opposing characters that you can run into. Whenever you defeat a monster, you gain their unique card which can be tapped to summon said monster to join you in your quest. You can have up to two monsters fighting by your side at any time, and they level up and gain experience just like you do.
Espagnol Un RPG de recolección de monstruos ambientado en el mundo del juego Puyo Puyo y protagonizado por la joven aprendiz de maga Arle, quien debe explorar la tierra para recolectar una serie de gemas mágicas y derrotar al malvado Satanás, que planea conquistar el mundo una vez más.

El juego se juega desde una perspectiva superior en la que controlas a Arle mientras explora ciudades y mazmorras, charla con NPCs, encuentra o compra objetos, etc. El combate traslada a tu personaje a una vista lateral desde la cual seleccionas tus acciones de manera estándar por turnos y luchas contra los muchos monstruos y personajes oponentes que puedes encontrar. Siempre que derrotes a un monstruo, obtendrás su carta única, que puede ser utilizada para invocar al monstruo y que se una a ti en tu misión. Puedes tener hasta dos monstruos luchando a tu lado en cualquier momento, y ellos suben de nivel y ganan experiencia al igual que tú.
