Allemand Cutie Q ist die zweite Fortsetzung von Gee Bee nach Bomb Bee, die einige Monate zuvor erschien. Wie in den beiden vorangegangenen Spielen kombiniert Cutie Q Breakout mit Flipper, wenn auch mit einigen Änderungen. Ein drehbarer Joystick wird verwendet, um zwei Schaufeln zu steuern, die verwendet werden, um Ziegelsteine (hier Regenbogenblöcke genannt) und verschiedene Elemente eines Flippertisches zu treffen. Diesmal gibt es keine Stoßfänger, aber andere Gegenstände. Am bemerkenswertesten ist eine Kreatur namens Minimon, die oben in der Mitte des Tisches erscheint.

Espagnol Cutie Q es la segunda secuela de Gee Bee después de Bomb Bee, que apareció unos meses antes. Como en los dos juegos anteriores, Cutie Q combina Breakout con pinball aunque con algunos cambios. Un joystick giratorio se utiliza para controlar dos palas que se utilizan para golpear ladrillos (aquí llamados bloques arco iris) y varios elementos de una mesa de pinball. Esta vez no hay parachoques pero sí otros objetos. Lo más notable es una criatura llamada Minimon que aparece en la parte superior central de la mesa.
