Anglais NBA Showtime: NBA on NBC – Gold Edition is an arcade basketball game featuring 2-on-2 matchups with real NBA teams and players. It is styled after NBC's NBA broadcasts and presents an exaggerated, fast-paced take on professional basketball. The Gold Edition is an updated version of the original NBA Showtime: NBA on NBC (1999) featuring new team rosters and minor tweaks.

Players select their team and two players from the NBA roster. Matches are high-energy, featuring exaggerated dunks, turbo boosts, and “on fire” modes when players make consecutive baskets.
