Anglais The Terminator licensed game for the Sega consoles was a fairly standard side-scrolling platform game. However, the game's six levels mirror the story-line of The Terminator movie very closely as you take on the role of Kyle Reese and his quest to save Sarah Connor from termination.

Because the game follows the movie so closely, the first mission which involves blowing up the SkyNet computer and escaping through time is one of the hardest and something that most players remember with love/hate.

Portugais Nossa história começa em Los Angeles, ano 2029. Aqui trava-se uma batalha entre máquinas e homens pelo poder na Terra. As máquinas, que nós criamos para melhorar nossas vidas, foram aperfeiçoadas a tal ponto que já podiam pensar, se multiplicar e não precisavam da espécie humana para mais nada.

Numa jogada brilhante, as máquinas enviaram para o ano de 1984 um ciborgue denominado Exterminador, dando-lhe a missão de destruir Sarah Connor - a mãe do futuro líder da resistência. Sempre atento, o futuro líder enviou para protegê-la o melhor guerreiro humano, Kyle Reese.

Reese irá ficar com Sarah e desta relação nascerá justamente a criança que liderará a humanidade. Se tudo está confuso na sua cabeça é bom esclarecer: Nem Reese nem Sarah podem morrer para que o futuro líder venha a nascer.

Nosso herói irá atravessar 4 fases incríveis pela cidade de Los Angeles enfrentando mil bandidos e o temível Exterminador. O mundo no futuro pode ser um lugar duro de se viver. Se as máquinas de hoje em dia já nos dão um trabalhão, imagine um ciborgue como o Exterminador! É por essas e outras que é bom você começar a treinar...
