Allemand Alien Breed 3D ist ein First-Person-Shooter und Actionspiel für den Amiga. Du spielst einen Marine, der auf einem Schiff gefangen ist, das von schleimigen Aliens belagert wird, die beschlossen haben, dich zu ihrer köstlichen Mahlzeit zu machen. Sie werden sich einen Weg bahnen müssen, um lebend aus dieser Hölle herauszukommen. Das Spiel bietet 16 Levels und die Möglichkeit, im Mehrspielermodus zu spielen.

Anglais Team 17 were famed for pushing the Amiga to its limits, with a string of hits stretching back to 1991. The first major one was Alien Breed, a Gauntlet-style shoot 'em up which had already spawned three sequels, including a budget-priced Special Edition.

This release was in a similar vein, but set into a 3D context, making for the Amiga's first big Doom-style game. The 3D engine uses fairly small screen graphics, but these include full floors and ceilings with detailed shading, doors, vertical position variations, lifts and transporters. The CD version includes extra atmospheric sound, while fast processors and extra FastRAM are also supported.

Espagnol Team 17 fue famoso por llevar al Amiga al límite, con una serie de éxitos que se remontan a 1991. El primero importante fue Alien Breed, un juego de disparos estilo Gauntlet. Este lanzamiento fue similar, pero se estableció en un contexto 3D, lo que lo convirtió en el primer gran juego estilo Doom de Amiga. El motor 3D utiliza gráficos de pantalla bastante pequeños, sin embargo estos incluyen pisos y techos completos con sombras detalladas, puertas, variaciones de posición vertical, ascensores y transportadores.

Français Alien Breed 3D est un jeu d'action et de tir à la première personne sur Amiga. Vous incarnez un marine piégé sur un vaisseau assailli par des aliens visqueux qui ont décidé de faire de vous leur délicieux repas. Il va falloir vous frayer un chemin pour essayer de sortir vivant de cet enfer. Le jeu propose 16 niveaux ainsi que la possibilité de jouer en multijoueur.
