Anglais Hang-On is an arcade racing game, also bundled with the Master System and reminiscent of Pole Position, but with bikes. The player races against time, battling an unlimited amount of opponents on a highway. While the clock ticks down, he should try to maneuver past his opponents and to steer clear of obstacles on the side of the road. Beating the clock extends the time and draws a new backdrop to race in.

Espagnol Hang-On es un juego de carreras, originalmente incluido en Master System y que recuerda a Pole Position, pero con motos. El jugador corre contra reloj, luchando contra una cantidad ilimitada de oponentes en una carretera. Mientras el reloj avanza, debe intentar maniobrar más allá de sus oponentes y mantenerse alejado de los obstáculos a los lados de la carretera. Batir el crono extiende el tiempo y dibuja un nuevo fondo para competir.
