Allemand Stimpy hat eine wundersame, teuflische Maschine erfunden... Die Mutate-O-Matic! Leider explodiert sie, und Teile einer Mutate-O-Matic herumliegen zu haben, ist keine gute Sache. Also begeben sich Ren und Stimpy auf ein Abenteuer, das sich über Mr. Horses Kühlschrank bis hin zum Tierheim und sogar... The Great Outdoors! Es gibt viele Anspielungen auf den Zeichentrickfilm, gepaart mit einer Menge Side-Scrolling-Action.

Die Spieler können abwechselnd Ren und Stimpy steuern und umgekehrt. Deren Fähigkeiten variieren stark, auch wenn sie dazu neigen, sich gegenseitig für ihre Moves zu benutzen (d.h. Stimpy benutzt Ren als Bumerang und Ren benutzt Stimpy als Bowlingkugel).

Ein anderer Spieler kann auch jederzeit einspringen und entweder als Ren oder Stimpy spielen

Anglais Stimpy has invented a wondrous, diabolic machine... The Mutate-O-Matic! Unfortunately it explodes, and having pieces of a Mutate-O-Matic lying about is not a good thing. So Ren and Stimpy embark on an adventure that spans Mr. Horses refrigerator, to the pound, and even... The Great Outdoors! References from the cartoon are frequent coupled with lots of side scrolling action.

Players can alternate from controlling Ren to Stimpy and visa versa. There ability vary greatly, even though they tend to use each other for their moves (i.e. Stimpy uses Ren as boomerang and Ren uses Stimpy as a bowling ball).

Another player can also jump in at anytime and play as either Ren or Stimpy.

Portugais Uma dupla de enorme sucesso no Exterior está chegando ao Brasil para fazer muito barulho. Barulho de explosão! A última invenção de Stimpy, a máquina de mutações, explodiu destruindo toda a vizinhança. Agora estes dois atrapalhados precisam de sua ajuda para achar as peças desta catástrofe! A única forma de reparar os estragos é reconstruir a máquina e desligá-la pra sempre!

Você poderá ser Ren ou Stimpy, mas se você quiser se divertir para valer chame um amigo e forme um time. Vocês dois juntos poderão fazer coisas incríveis e ir a lugares que não conseguiriam chegar sozinhos. Passando pelos mais diferentes cenários e enfrentando os mais inusitados inimigos, a dupla Ren e Stimpy irá mostrar como tudo fica mais fácil quando se trabalha em conjunto!
