Portugais Marvel Super Heroes é um jogo de luta 2D e o segundo título da Capcom a apresentar personagens do universo de quadrinhos da Marvel. A jogabilidade é muito semelhante a X-Men: Children of the Atom, mas com um medidor Super Combo simplificado e a adição de joias infinitas. Cada personagem começa com um conjunto de joias. Eles podem ser ativados durante uma luta para melhorar a velocidade, poder e defesa, ou fornecer habilidades especiais para criar paredes de pedra, abrir uma fenda no espaço ou reverter os controles do oponente. O uso das joias é inspirado na série de quadrinhos The Infinity Gauntlet.

Existem dez personagens jogáveis. Os heróis são Capitão América, O Incrível Hulk, Homem de Ferro, Psylocke, Homem-Aranha e Wolverine. Os vilões são Blackheart, Juggernaut, Magneto e Shuma-Gorath.
