Synopsis
 English 		Otherworld is a flick-screen platformer that strongly recalls Thing on a Spring, but builds its own identity with a bouncing red-and-white ball as the main character. You travel through six themed worlds such as kitchens, toys, and plants, switching off numerous switches on each screen to unlock the exit at the end. Conveyor belts, platforms, and hostile creatures constantly block your path and turn every area into a compact challenge. With only one life and a limited energy reserve, the game feels relentlessly tough – mistakes are costly and progress demands careful movement, timing, and persistence.

Synopsis
 German 		Otherworld ist ein Flickscreen-Plattformer, der stark an Thing on a Spring erinnert, aber mit einem hüpfenden rot-weißen Ball als Hauptfigur einen eigenen Charakter entwickelt. Du bewegst dich durch sechs unterschiedlich gestaltete Welten wie Küche, Spielzeug und Pflanzen und musst auf jedem Bildschirm zahlreiche Schalter deaktivieren, um am Ende das Fluchttor zu öffnen. Förderbänder, Plattformen und feindliche Kreaturen stehen dir ständig im Weg und machen jeden Raum zu einer kleinen Herausforderung. Da du nur ein Leben hast und deine Energie langsam schwindet, fühlt sich das Spiel konsequent fordernd an – Fehler werden kaum verziehen und jeder erfolgreiche Durchgang erfordert präzises Timing und Geduld.
