Anglais In this Tetris-style game, you play as Dr. Mario, who must drop differently coloured pills onto viruses to remove them from the bottle. Each pill is split into two, with each side being of one of three different colours, red, blue or yellow. Align three pills of the same colour to a virus of the corresponding colour (or any combination of pills and viruses totaling four or more) and it will be removed from the bottle, along with the aligned pills. The level is cleared when there are no viruses left, and the game is over when the pills reach the top and Dr. Mario can't drop any more pills.

Included in the game is the normal mode, a time trial, and a two player battle mode to see who can remove the most viruses.

Espagnol En este juego de estilo Tetris juegas como el Dr. Mario, que debe colocar pastillas de diferentes colores sobre los virus para eliminarlas de la botella. Cada píldora se divide en dos, con cada lado de uno de tres colores diferentes, rojo, azul o amarillo. Alinea tres píldoras del mismo color con un virus del color correspondiente (o cualquier combinación de píldoras y virus que sumen cuatro o más) y desaparecerán de la botella, junto con las píldoras alineadas. El nivel se completa cuando ya no quedan virus, y el juego termina cuando las píldoras llegan a la parte superior y el Dr. Mario no puede dejar caer más píldoras.

El juego incluye el modo normal, contrarreloj y modo de batalla de dos jugadores para ver quién puede eliminar una mayor cantidad de virus.

Français Dr. Mario sur Gameboy est un puzzle-game proche de Tetris dont le but est d'aligner des gélules de la même couleur afin de les faire disparaître. Avec le temps, les gélules descendent de plus en plus vite et votre adversaire enverra des pièges pour vous ralentir. Faites de même en enchaînant les combos et endiguez l'invasion de bactéries.
Italien In questo gioco in stile Tetris, giochi nei panni del Dr. Mario, che deve far cadere delle pillole di colore diverso sui virus per rimuoverli dalla bottiglia. Ogni pillola è divisa in due, con ogni lato di uno dei tre diversi colori, rosso, blu o giallo. Allinea tre pillole dello stesso colore a un virus del colore corrispondente (o qualsiasi combinazione di pillole e virus per un totale di quattro o più) e verrà rimosso dalla bottiglia, insieme alle pillole allineate. Il livello viene completato quando non ci sono più virus e il gioco finisce quando le pillole raggiungono la cima e il Dr. Mario non può più far cadere altre pillole.

Portugais Neste jogo no estilo Tetris, você joga como Dr. Mario, que deve jogar comprimidos de cores diferentes sobre vírus para removê-los do frasco. Cada comprimido é dividido em dois, com cada lado sendo de uma das três cores diferentes, vermelho, azul ou amarelo. Alinhe três comprimidos da mesma cor a um vírus da cor correspondente (ou qualquer combinação de comprimidos e vírus totalizando quatro ou mais) e ele será removido do frasco, junto com os comprimidos alinhados. O nível é limpo quando não há mais vírus e o jogo termina quando os comprimidos chegam ao topo e o Dr. Mario não consegue mais derrubar nenhum comprimido. Incluído no jogo está o modo normal, um contra-relógio e um modo de batalha para dois jogadores para ver quem pode remover a maioria dos vírus.
