Anglais Secret Agent Clank has the character Clank from the Ratchet & Clank series taking the lead in this adventure. Ratchet is sent to prison, and it's up to Clank in his Secret Agent persona to save him and while he's at it, the entire universe! Ratchet is playable in prison and fights all of his worst enemies that he put behind bars. The series’ boastful hero Qwark tries to get in on the action and follows Clank around taking credit for his accomplishments. You get to play as Qwark and help him complete his exaggerated tales.

The gameplay for Clank features a blend of stealth and action. He is also featured in a rhythm game for various cinematic spy infiltrations and various driving challenges. Ratchet features his run and gun gameplay in arenas similar to the other games in the series. Qwark has a variety of boss battles and other gameplay challenges that changes as he revises his tall tales.
Espagnol Clank está en una misión. Un enemigo implacable le tendió una trampa a su mejor amigo, Ratchet, y lo encarceló por un crimen que no cometió. Para colmo, la prisión de máxima seguridad de Ratchet está llena de los criminales más peligrosos del universo, la mayoría de los cuales están haciendo cola para darle la bienvenida personalmente a Ratchet en su nueva celda. Por suerte para Ratchet, tiene a Clank afuera, y por suerte para Clank, él es el tipo de robotito inteligente que permanece calmado bajo presión y sabe un par de cosas sobre rastrear a un enemigo misterioso. Es por eso que, como Agente secreto Clank, se acerca a los rastros de las pistas para desenmarañar el misterio y garantizar la liberación de Ratchet de la cárcel.

Portugais Secret Angent Clank é o segundo jogo do PSP da série de ação Ratchet & Clank, passando-se depois dos eventos em Size Matters (tambérm no PSP) e antes do que ocorre em Tools of Destruction (no PS3). Aqui, o carismático robô Clank é o protagonista da história e precisa limpar o nome do amigo Ratchet, o qual foi levado a tribunal e preso por um crime que não cometeu. Determinado a achar quem está por trás dessa trama, Clank veste-se com roupas de agente secreto e utiliza-se de armas e movimentos furtivos próprios de espiões.
